The Phantom

a few nights ago, i had a dream I was at a seaport, watching a locomotive parade. What I remember most from that dream was a gargantuine locomotive of epic proportions. It was a 0-8-8-8-8-4+4-8-8-8-8-0T. Midway between the two boilers, was a large controll room like "cab" with more than two stories. Under the cab were presumably electrically driven drive wheels much like that on a GG1 or an older electric locomotive.

Understandably the locomotive here was drawn as an 0-8-8-8-4-etc, i wanted to fit the cab into the picture, as well as some of the other half. Note the Dual piston valves and quadruple transverse chimneys. Also there are draft fans on the side of the locomotive.

I would assume a locomotive like this would be used for a task such as pulling mineral trains 10 miles long, over a long straight stretch of track for many miles.
